Requirements : Looking for candidate who will be Handling VAS Operations and maintaining service availability for VAS nodes with proper work focus for Alarm handling, support Hardware/software/configuration related issues, configuration of all Nodes pertaining to VAS domains and emergency handling/outage Support for VAS Nodes.
Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience or equivalent in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
Knowledge of GSM, SS7, Sigtran, TCP/IP, SCCP, SCTP ,SMPP and Diameter protocol.
Must have Knowledge of Linux, Database
Experience Level : Experience level 3+ years experience in VAS products.
Description : Ensuring a smooth operation of the GSM,TCP-IP.
Be part of a team managing specific VAS Network activities associated with Mobile GSM(2G,3G,4G) Network.
Administrating VAS(SMSC,USSD,MCN,VMS,ADM,EIR) and Support Systems.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc.).
Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (CSR).
Performance Analysis & Investigation.
Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments.
Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
Troubleshooting/Fault finding/RCA in configuration/hardware/software.
